Filing a Bug Report

Find something that doesn't look or feel right? Is something preventing you from completing a scenario? Did the Sim crash? Don't worry, we've got you covered!

If, after searching the Knowledge Base, you can't find the help you're looking for, don't worry! Simply file a bug report at the link below, and our technical support team will review the problem and help you find a solution!

Remember to include as much of the following information when submitting your report, if applicable:

  • A descriptive title for your issue
  • The date and time it occurred
  • The scenario in which it arose
  • What you were doing when it happened
  • The hardware you were using (Motion Base / Desktop, Pods)
  • A photo or video of the bug and/or a screenshot of the error message, if possible

The more information you can include to help us find and recreate the bug, the faster we'll be able to find a solution to the problem.
