Rachel Wilhoit assists the ITI Team by successfully coordinating training events in her designated regions. She believes that providing exceptional customer service is the most important part of her job and prides herself in assisting customers through every step of the training and development process.
Outside of the office, Rachel is an ice cream enthusiast and a dessert diva.
