Tim joined Industrial Training International (ITI) as Senior Vice President of Instructor-Led Training (ILT) in 2019. His professional background consists of over 20 years of C-Level operations and supply chain leadership experience in large, complex organizations including H&R Block, Boyd Coffee, and Michael Foods, where he specialized in developing high-performing teams. In addition to his extensive corporate leadership experience, Tim has taught a variety of MBA-level courses for several prestigious universities in both the Midwest and Portland, Oregon area.
Tim has earned a master’s in business administration (MBA) from Metropolitan State University in Minneapolis, Minnesota and he also attended the University of Wisconsin – Superior for his undergraduate degree where he majored in Business Administration. In addition, Tim has completed a number of executive development programs at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. He also completed the Master Teacher program at Georgia State University in 2015. Tim also holds 3 professional certifications in the areas of production and inventory management, procurement, and packaging.
Tim grew up in - and married his high school sweetheart from - Superior, Wisconsin. Tim and his wife Ericka relocated to Vancouver, Washington in 2011. While working in the Midwest Tim served 6 years on the Board of Directors for Special Olympics, Minnesota, where he and his wife often volunteered at various events.
