API Report Configs

This article gives more information about creating reports from the ITI Learning Hub, using ITI's API Report Configs.

The Report Configs page at api.iti.com is primarily used to automatically send reports to an external system or individual. For standard reporting needs it is recommended that you use the Reporting system at learn.iti.com. Contact your CSM or Project Manager if you need assistance in developing reports. 

To develop reports on Report Configs start by selecting the "Report Type". This will automatically adjust the options available on the rest of the page. 

To the right of Report Type is the "Title" field. This will give your scheduled report a name so that you can edit it in the future. 

For "Delivery Type" you are able to choose Email for sending to individuals, or SFTP, Webhook or WebAPI, for integrating with other software systems. "File Type" offers some additional options - including CSV, PDF, JSON, etc. 

"Frequency" is where you determine how often the scheduled report is sent, and finally you are able to schedule what hour the report will be sent under "Time". 

Below "Frequency" and "Time" are the filtering options available for your selected report. These items change dynamically when you change the report type. 

Once you are satisfied with your report settings and filters, click "Submit".


Your report will then be shown in a table at the bottom of the page, along with all other scheduled reports you have created. 

The table provides some summary details of the report, and off to the right under the "Action" column, you have the following options:

Edit - make changes to your report settings and filters (described above).

Download - download an up-to-date version of the report.

Copy Endpoint - useful for integrations with other reporting systems.

Delete - delete your scheduled report.
