Certificates are located both on your Dashboard and on your Transcript
First and foremost, congratulations on achieving your certificate! We understand the importance of accessing your certificate and we are here to assist you every step of the way.
To access your certificate, please follow these simple steps:
- Start by visiting our learning platform at https://learn.iti.com.
- Use the email address that you used during sign-up as your username. In case you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it from the login screen.
- Once logged in, navigate to the top right corner of the Learner Dashboard. You will find a dropdown menu beside your name. From this menu, select "Transcript" to access your certificate.
Please note that if you had to reset your password, it's essential to check your SPAM and JUNK mail folders for the password reset email.
