Email invitation to join and/or register for ITI Learning Hub
If you have made a purchase at ITI.com or informed that you have been invited to complete content in the Learning Hub for ITI then here is the order of operations.
- Conduct a Transaction
- This could be from a purchase made at ITI.com or even an account creation via your boss or a coworker. There are many ways to receive an invite to the Learning Hub.
- The invite comes over email from a no-reply address and a message at the bottom if you get stuck. Messages from ITI mostly come from notifications@mail.thoughtindustries.com. That can be helpful when working with IT or conducting an email search.
- Chances are that you DID get the invitation. If you believe you did not then just reach out to learninghub@iti.com and ask if your invite can be resent.
- It cannot be resent once opened and utilized for first login
- It may be blocked if your company uses SSO to login. See your IT Department for more information.
- This email contains a security token that is good for 14 days from delivery, can be used only once. See also password reset. Note you cannot reset a password in place of the email invite because there is no password, completed once you accepted the invite.
- Most important is to lookout for something like this. It may have your company logo or ours. Either way, it serves as the begining to your ITI learning experience. ITI is an Interplay Learning company. If you have any questions, go here now and we are happy to help.
