  • New / Existing Customer
  • Student role(s), job title(s), head count, location(s)
  • Current competency level(s), years of experience, formal training history

What are the training requirements, desired outcomes, and Why?

  • Type of job task(s) and equipment
  • Compliance to the organization’s rules, policies, procedures
  • Compliance to state, federal, or industry requirement(s)
  • Written/Practical exams, Certification Exams
  • How has this training requirement been achieved historically?

Where, When, How can these training requirements be achieved?

  • Timing Constraints – customer or ITI availability
  • Physical Constraints – location, facility/equipment, training center(s)
  • Training Delivery Method Constraints – language, e-learning
  • Budget & HR Constraints
