Key Features

Account Creation

When you create an employee profile in FCC, a learner account is automatically created in your company's ITI Learning Hub panorama. From there you can assign your employees their courses, activities, and learning paths.

Course Certificate Sync

Additionally, when you designate a course that an employee needs to maintain certification or qualification, upon course completion, the certificate and relevant course completion information will sync from the ITI Learning Hub to your employee's record in FCC. This way, your employees have all of their documents in one place.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I automatically enroll a learner in courses or learning paths from FCC?

The automatic assignment of courses and learning paths is on the road map for the platform. If a Panorama subscriber utilized single sign-on (SSO), during the setup process your Project Manager can assist in how to have learning paths or courses automatically assigned via the SSO process. These will be attributes placed on the user record of the connecting system (i.e. Azure Active Directory) and will require the subscriber’s IT representative to participate in the implementation process.
