This article provides information on resetting course progress for the ITI Learning Hub.
The "Reset Course Progress" tool, available at api.iti.com, can be used to require a learner to restart a course that they are part way through.
If the user has completed the course and you wish to have them complete the course again, we recommend that you use certificate expiration functionality. For more information on expiring certificates, visit this Help Center article.
To reset progress for a user who is part way through a course, complete the following:
1. Identify the Learner(s). You can begin typing the user's first name, last name, or email address in the empty field and your list of learners will be filtered.
2. Identify the course(s). You can begin typing the course name in the empty field and the list of courses will be filtered.
3. Click submit.
All of the user's test attempts and assignment submissions will be saved on the back end of the system, but from the learner's view all course progress will be erased.
