How is the battery life of an Oculus Go headset?
  • Oculus Go features an internal Lithium-ion battery
  • A full charge provides 2 - 2.5 hours of continuous use content
Is an internet connection required?
  • An internet connection is NOT required to access content within the ITI VR Industrial Skills Library
  • Content is housed locally on the headset's internal drive
  • An internet connection is needed to do the following:
    • Install and update software
    • Export assessment results
Are Oculus Go headsets covered by a warranty?
Yes, the Oculus hardware warranty covers defects and malfunctions of new products. The warranty is limited for one year from the date of purchase or delivery of the Product, whichever is later.

ITI VR will assist subscribers in all warranty scenarios.
Can I purchase my own headset?

Sure! The ITI VR Team is ready, able and willing to assist in getting your team access to the VR Industrial Skills content they need.
