This article provides information on the tools available at api.iti.com for assistance with the Learning Hub.
ITI has developed a variety of external tools to support the ITI Learning Hub at api.iti.com.
Below is a summary of the tools available. If you need access to api.iti.com, contact your CSM or reach out to learninghub@iti.com.
Report Configs - Schedule automatic reports to external systems (such as PowerBI) or emailed reports. Read more about the Report Configs tool in this article.
Bulk Import Learners - Both the native site (learn.iti.com) and the external API site have a tool for importing learners in bulk. The internal tool requires a separate CSV form for each combination of sublicenses the users will be in, whereas the external tool allows for users from all combinations of sublicenses to be added in one step. Bulk Course Assignment - This tool gives you the ability to assign multiple courses several users. The tool can be used to assign one person to one course, or 50 people to 50 courses. You can search for your users manually, or upload a simple CSV with your users email addresses or Learning Hub user IDs. Read more about Bulk Course Assignment in this article.
Assign Dual Roles- This tool allows you to upgrade a Learner to a dual-role with manager permissions. Read more about Dual Roles in this article.
Issue Certificates - This tool can be used to import historical course completions, or to reset the expiration dates for several users at once. Search for the users in the empty field, or upload a CSV with course completion and expiration date options. Read more about Issuing Certificates in this article.
