RIGGING APPLICATIONS TRAINING

Rigging Applications is a bit of a blanket phrase that encompasses the skills and knowledge applied to a situation where materials are moved and/or secured using slings and rigging hardware. In short, when the word rigging is used as an action, it is rigging applications. ITI rigging applications courses include options for all experience levels, and are available in the following formats:

  • Online, On-Demand via ITI Learning Hub

Basic Rigging & Inspection

INTERMEDIATE RIGGING

MASTER RIGGER

The ITI Master Rigger Course is designed for participants that have had some exposure (2-10 years) to crane and rigging operations. The course exposes participants to a variety of equipment and applications which include multiple crane lifts, load turning, load drifting with chain hoists, jacking and rolling using mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, incline planes and managing the center-of-gravity in all three axes.

BULL RIGGING

Bull Rigging with Chain Hoists focuses on planning for and utilization of chain hoists and similar devices used to drift, upright, and turn loads in and around areas where crane use is not possible. Trade and craft workers who must safely and efficiently handle loads in a plant environment are ideal candidates for ITI's Bull Rigging Course.
