Mr. Ohman is best known for the initial development of The Crosby Group's Training Programs that are taught and enjoyed by thousands of people around the world. An MBA, Master of Adult Education, and PE in Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Ohman has had an incredible career backed by significant education, including three years in the US Army (Lt. retired).

Mr. Ohman has contributed to the ASME, the American Society of Training & Development, ACRP, and many other industry groups in his effort to elevate and help the industry.
