Construction Hazard Identification

Complete and submit the Construction Hazard ID Certification application right now! Then select a location and date for your VR Assessment. Once you complete the process in full (including successfully passing your assessment of course), you will be Construction Hazard ID Certified for five years!

Upon submitting your application, your browser will navigate to the ITI Learning Hub where you will be able securely remit the $59 certification fee and then select your assessment location.
