ITI is pleased to congratulate CREWTEK on its inaugural graduating class. The graduation ceremony took place on January 12th where the Crewtek team as well as ITI employees met to celebrate the group’s accomplishments.
This promising group of students successfully completed the 8-week long accelerator course, designed to provide them with the skills, hands-on experience, and job placement assistance to launch a rewarding career in the world of crane and mobile equipment operations. On February 5th, CREWTEK welcomed its second cohort of students to the Woodland, WA location that it currently inhabits alongside ITI and Mazzella.
In addition to congratulating CREWTEK on being well on their way to helping to shrink the skilled labor gap, ITI is also pleased to share that Tim Larson has joined Crewtek as their new Chairman of the Board. Tim will be serving alongside fellow board members, Jeff Latture of Barnhart Crane & Rigging, Travis Black of Prolift Rigging Company, Spike Bailey, Industry Contributor and ITI Advisory Board Member, and Zack Parnell, CEO and President of ITI.
Some of you may recognize Tim as he has spent the last five years serving as Senior Vice President of Instructor Led Training while also taking on the role of Chief Operating Officer at ITI in 2022. During the ITI Annual Awards Ceremony earlier this year, ITI CEO Zack Parnell awarded Tim with the President's Award for Outstanding Leadership & Management. Tim will continue in his SVP of Instructor Led Training and COO roles at ITI in addition to taking on his new role as Chairman of the Board with CREWTEK.
