Cab, Bellybox, or Virtual Pendant Operation
Bridge Cranes are overhead crane models that are widely used across many industries, often in high-production environments where limited equipment access and safety risks make training difficult. The ITI VR Crane Simulator allows operators to control an overhead crane from the cab or remotely using a pendant or bellybox, including support for the Magnetek® brand XLTX Bellybox Transmitter through a partnership with Columbus McKinnon. This simulator features modern joystick controls for greater realism and stronger skill transfer from simulation to live equipment. Training environments include a 10-ton overhead crane as well as indoor and outdoor environments for 75-ton and 300-ton overhead cranes, enabling operators to build competency across a range of capacities in a safe, risk-free environment.

DESKTOP VR STATION: Convenient, Cost Effective
The desktop VR simulator can be attached to almost any desk surface. Units are completely portable and can be checked as standard luggage on any passenger flight.
MOTION-BASE VR STATION: Fully Immersive, Full-Body Control
The motion-base VR simulator provides a true crane cab experience that includes responsive foot pedals, operator Chair, robust hand controls, and full motion platform for the ultimate VR training experience.
